Marek Janetzke
CEO & Founder | Lucid Labs
Marek Janetzke is an experienced expert in integrating generative AI into real-world business practice. As an entrepreneur and co-founder of the consumer rights platform Flightright, he achieved early breakthroughs in automating legal services and using AI to enable instant flight compensation payouts. Today, as Founder and Managing Director of Lucid Labs, he helps companies turn AI potential into practical impact by combining future-oriented vision with hands-on implementation. His talks and workshops are known for their authenticity, blending strategic perspectives on leadership and change with concrete examples from AI implementation in mid-sized businesses – and turning inspiration into actionable plans.
Keegan Da Costa
AI Development Strategist | Too Many Robots
Driven by a mission to help businesses do more meaningful work, Keegan is passionate about solving problems that matter and making an impact that lasts. While tech plays a significant role in his work, it is the humans who use it that truly inspire him. Keegan believes AI is not just here to make things faster and easier, but to make better humans. With certifications from Section School and experience implementing AI initiatives across four continents, Keegan has seen what holds business owners back from launching successful AI projects and what they should do about it.
Stefanie Chiras, Ph.D.
Senior Vice President, AI Innovation Hub, Red Hat
In her role as Senior Vice President, AI Innovation Hub, Stefanie Chiras leads Red Hat's strategy for engaging with and catalyzing regional AI ecosystems. The initiative's first and primary focus is the Massachusetts AI innovation hub. As a key part of this engagement, she will lead Red Hat's contribution to creating The Open Accelerator, a new AI accelerator for startups. Success in Massachusetts will serve as the model for scaling into additional collaborations.
This mission directly leverages her previous experience as Senior Vice President, Partner Ecosystem Success. In that role, she was responsible for building strong collaborations with and between partners across Red Hat’s global ecosystem. Chiras now applies this proven blueprint for ecosystem building to the AI Innovation Hub, fostering the critical relationships that will power the next generation of AI.
Earlier in her career at Red Hat, Chiras was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Red Hat® Enterprise Linux® organization. Before Red Hat, Chiras served as Vice President of Offering Management at IBM Cognitive Systems, where she led worldwide business for the systems and system software portfolios, AIX, IBM i, Linux, and the cloud stack. She also led the portfolio’s transformation to support enterprise workloads and artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning.
Jaap van Zomeren
Head of Trade & Master data & Reporting Operations ASML
With a passion for data and analytics at the core of his career, Jaap brings extensive experience in helping organizations harness the power of data to drive decision-making and innovation. As a consultant, teacher, coach, and manager, he led numerous data initiatives across diverse industries, guiding companies toward building robust data strategies and analytics capabilities. He is especially excited by how advances in technology are turning visionary analytics concepts into practical tools and solutions. His work continues to center on creating value through data, empowering teams to transform insights into impactful, data-driven outcomes.
Data truly connects us all, Jaap will share a story about how a question on internal product performance sparked a data-driven journey. Ultimately leading to the development of a data-driven business model within a very traditional manufacturing environment.
Luis I. Cortés
Co-Founder | Bcombinator
Luis is a seasoned IT executive and serial entrepreneur, with international leadership and management experience in high growth companies as CEO and board member, startup and scale-up mentor and business angel.
He is often described as an entrepreneurial, strategic thinker who is data-, process- and goal-oriented; who is curious and growth-focused, and with two passions: making things happen and helping people become the best version of themselves.
Luis is part of the Board of the Boston Chapter of the non-profit Entrepreneurs’ Organization, the largest of its kind in the world with 14.000+ members. He also served as Area Director for EMEA and was President of two chapters, EO Barcelona and EO Boston.
An avid traveler having visited over 50 countries and done business in many of them, he also collaborates with and mentors non-profits such as Fundació ESADE, Pallapupas, Bruins Foundation, the For Kids Sake Foundation and many others in quests like ending pediatric cancer or providing scholarships to talented students.
Dr. Markus Wuebben
Entrepreneur
Dr. Markus Wuebben has worked with machine learning and AI since most of today's "AI experts" were still in school. His PhD in Machine Learning and Predictive CRM at TU Munich (2008) laid the foundation for a career that bridges deep technical expertise with entrepreneurial execution.
As co-founder of CrossEngage, Markus built an AI-powered Customer Data Platform from the ground up, applying machine learning to customer lifetime value prediction and marketing automation. The company was acquired by Spotler Group in 2023. Before founding CrossEngage, he helped build and scale dozens of data-driven ventures at DeutschlandCard, Rocket Internet, EPIC Companies, and Project A, working with companies like Deutsche Bahn and HelloFresh on predictive CRM and marketing optimization.
His current focus areas include AI agents, the shift from software tools to outcome-driven AI systems, and building AI-enabled leadership operating systems.
Winnie Hart
CEO & Founder | TwinEngine
Winnie Hart is a brand strategist, bestselling author, and founder of TwinEngine and the Thought Leadership Academy. As an identical twin, she has spent her life exploring what makes us uniquely ourselves, even when someone or something can closely replicate us. That lived experience now shapes her work at the intersection of leadership, identity, and AI.

Erik Brieva

Award-winning tech entrepreneur and strategist with a long track record of creating, scaling, and exiting AI-driven companies. For over 20 years, he has founded and led ventures that pioneered AI in their industries—spanning early semantic web and intelligent agents, data-driven personalization, BPM automation, and next-generation synthetic data infrastructure. Recognized as Top 50 Most Admired CEOs, Top 100 Leaders of the Future, and Entrepreneur of the Year.
Sven Smit
Chairman of the McKinsey Global Institute and Senior Partner
Sven is a senior partner at McKinsey, chairman of the McKinsey Global Institute, McKinsey's business and economics research arm, and a member of the firm’s global leadership team, overseeing the firm's knowledge development. Sven works with leading companies to develop strategies for growth, serving all industries.
Analyzing the success factors required for business growth, examining the way megatrends influence it, and defining the lessons of diversified growth, he builds on the ideas in Strategy Beyond the Hockey Stick (2018) and The Granularity of Growth (2008), two books he co-authored.
As chair of MGI he leads research and authors MGI reports on global economic trends and topics such as productivity and growth, urbanization, innovation and technology, labor markets and the Future of Work, emerging markets, and Europe's economic outlook. He helps develop the firm’s point of view on core issues such as economic volatility, inflation, and uncertainty, and defines ways to help clients navigate the problems.
Previous roles Sven has held within McKinsey include leading the firm’s work in Western Europe and the global Strategy & Corporate Finance Practice. Sven holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Delft University of Technology and an MBA from INSEAD.
Victor Knaap
Founder Media.Monks & CEO Monks EMEA
With over 20 years of experience in the digital marketing and advertising industry, Victor is a co-founder of MediaMonks, one of the world's largest and most awarded digital marketing companies, and an executive board member of S4 Capital. His mission is to help clients achieve faster, better, and cheaper results in an always-on, consumer-led environment by integrating leading businesses in data, content, and media.
As a global digital leader, he has overseen the expansion of MediaMonks across continents and areas of expertise, growing the company to over 8500 people worldwide and winning over 250 FWAs and 131 Cannes Lions to date. MediaMonks has also partnered with Sir Martin Sorrell to establish S4 Capital as a disruptive force in the industry, with a unitary structure and a focus on digital transformation.
In addition, Victor is a passionate speaker, mentor, investor, and philanthropist who supports digital education, green economy, innovation, and social impact initiatives. And all of this is written by AI... which happens to be the company's main focus for the next few years.
Eduard Brink
Founder & CEO | Brink Licht
Eduard Brink operates at the intersection of lighting, design, and applied AI. As founder and director of Brink Licht (2001) and Studio Brink (2005), he has spent over two decades working with architects, developers, and institutions on complex, high-end lighting projects across Europe and Asia, combining technical rigour with strong design intent.
With a background in engineering and commercial operations, Eduard built Brink Licht into a B-Corp-certified company focused on sustainable, future-proof lighting solutions. He works daily with questions around circularity, total cost of ownership, regulation, and decision-making under uncertainty, long before these topics became mainstream in the lighting industry.
In recent years, his focus has shifted toward AI as an operational and strategic lever. Eduard is developing AI-driven tools for project intake, lighting specification, sustainability assessment, and sales execution, translating abstract AI capabilities into practical systems that teams actually use. His work centers on agentic AI, human-in-the-loop workflows, and turning fragmented data into clear next actions.
Eduard speaks about applied AI, decision systems, and how traditional industries can move from intuition-driven work to structured, scalable execution without losing craftsmanship or design quality.
Robert van der Zwart
Co-Founder | AIPOnetwork & former CEO of MEDtalks
Robert is a public speaker, covering diverse marketing topics and entrepreneurship. Robert has a keen interest in training medical professionals to organize their medical narratives, and he is enthusiastic about emerging technologies like artificial intelligence in healthcare and regenerative medicine.
Additionally, he holds the position of learning chair for EO Netherlands.
